Don’t recommend

This room looked nothing like the pictures, there were stains all over the sheets and not even proper pillows. There was chewing gum on the walls and used tissues in the locker. The walls had stains on them as well. The bathrooms weren’t much better, there was sick in the sink when we arrived and no soap to wash your hands in one of the toilets. We booked to stay for 2 nights but only stayed for the one night. We arrived around midnight so only stayed there because it was late and we were tired, if we had arrived earlier we would have not stayed there.

Close to bus station for 3am arrival

Didnt have private bathroom in room as advertised when I booked. Had to climb up and down stairs to use shared bathroom. Also construction noise at 7am so not much sleep at all. Staff were not helpful when I asked where I should visit and only advised about a local church

Needed to change rooms because of the noisy aircon, staff was accommodating with my request. Worth the price and very accessible. Toilet and shower are separate but clean.

The towel and pillow provided were kinda smelly.

Decent budget option five minute walk from the office centre of Cubao. Ideal if you just want to get some sleep and rest. Quiet street in what looked like a good neighbourhood.

For the money nothing could have been better, no toilet or sink in the room but at that price I'm not complaining. No lift if you're disabled or can't lift your luggage.

they took advantage of my arrival with the typhoon and scammed me I booked a room with a private bathroom.no private bathroom room on the first floor with shared bathrooms and showers on the ground floor without hot water.to be precise none of the rooms have a private bathroommy room was supposed to have a large bed but it was two small mattresses there should have been a fan but it was missing my room should have been for smokers but this was not the casevery dirty floors and walls I'm very disappointed

The location is convenient and the airconditioner worked well.

During booking, it said that there is a private comfort room for each room but it wasn't actually the case. No room had its own comfort room. The room I got was facing the main road and the blinds didn't completely cover the whole window. The communal shower always had a lot of hangers hanging near the door, the staff doesn't regularly clear the hangers in the shower. The toilet in the toilet room is also too close to the door, the toilet room in general is just too small. The staff did not regularly take out the trash in the toilet room as well. I also booked two rooms, but when we arrived the staff insisted I just booked one since I only registered one name for both bookings. I had to show them the email from Booking that explicitly said that I booked two rooms. The bed sheet had very visible stains on them.

Bathrooms were disgusting, and I booked a private room with a bathroom but when I got there they told me there were only shared bathrooms…which they obviously didn’t keep clean. Also said there would be wifi but it didn’t work the whole time I was there

The place is decent overall.It is conveniently located within walking distance to various attractions and amenities.The staff were helpful and responsive when approached.

The room's key was difficult to use, making it hard to unlock and open the door.I found a dead cockroach in the cabinet, which was quite unsettling.The resident cat frequently went into the toilet area, knocking over the garbage and scattering trash on the floor.During my four-night stay, there was no housekeeping service or check-ins to ensure everything was satisfactory.

Reception area is deserted. Only a security officer is present but not in uniform. I have to wait for the lady receptionist to come. I had to demad for Official Receipt otherwise they din’t issue one. Those manning the front desk are not wearing uniforms nor IDs. The Wifi cannot reach second floor where I stay. I have to ask for towels.

suspend your hotel on all booking apps until your renovation is done

this was under renovation but you confirmed my booking for 17 days. i was left looking for another rental once I arrived on the day to check in!

I like it's location, very accessible to business center and the offices I visited. The place is clean and very private. Satisfied customer here.

Me and my family arrived at around 1PM and we were accommodated agad. Hindi na kami pinaghintay sa room. naka check in kami agad and naka rest since ang layo pa ng pinanggalingan namin. the next day, around 1pm na din kami nakacheck out so sulit na sulit sa rate

Located in Brgy Socorro which is very near sa venue ng wedding ng cousin ko. We were referred here because affordable daw ang rate and may own bathroom. True enough. Even though we did not stay that long, we were satisfied.

We got our room for only 700 pesos and that's a vert cheap rate. We are glad we found this hotel kasi for budget travellers sya talaga. Ok ang location and malapit sa lahat kaya for the price and the place, ok to sa amin
